This week has been so excited for me because I just completed my first 30-day yoga with Adriene for 2021. I am so grateful to Adriene for providing this opportunity for me to work with my soul, body, and mind. During these 30 days, I feel amazing. I pushed myself every morning to complete this challenge and I did it. This 30-day of yoga with Adriene is called dedicate.
As a side note, this is not my New Year’s resolution but I want to focus on my mental and physical health every day. Yoga is my go-to for this.
If anyone is interested, she is one of my favourite visual yoga instructors and the bonus is she has her dog, Benji, with her during the yoga sessions.
Few of my friends want to do the next 30-day yoga with Adriene and I am joining them. We are doing the “Breath” which I cannot wait to reflect on each week here.
