Week one:
I am looking forward to this course to learn about the importance and usage of technology in the school. This first week was challenging because it was hard to set up the social spaces. I did manage to create my own blog which I am excited to explore. I am hoping that this blog will help me stay healthy and keep track of my progress throughout the semester. I also enjoyed doing the podcast with my group. Given the current situation, this platform is a great source of support and builds a connection with my classmates.
Reflection on “Most Likely To Succeed”
I enjoyed watching “Most Likely To Succeed” a documentary by Greg Whiteley. It highlights the traditional education system of America and how it is not the best way to educate today’s students. However, this documentary seems to have biases because it mainly found its finding from the High Tech High which does not speak to the whole American education system. I believe this movie has succeeded to open the door for discussion about how education should work along with fast technological advancement. It would be beneficial if more people were able to be part of this project to voice their experience and opinions about the education system in the States.
