I have been doing yoga for a few years. I am always passionate about learning more about the importance of yoga and eventually become comfortable doing yoga posts without an instructor. Given the current COVID and online learning situation, doing daily yoga has helped with my mental and physical health. I feel refreshed after doing my yoga. I am hoping to continue doing yoga throughout the year. Currently, I am doing 30-day yoga with Adriene on YouTube and she is an amazing yoga instructor. I am planning to do a few more 30-day yoga challenges with her and keep track of my journey of progress.

Why am I choosing yoga among all other forms of exercise? As yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Yoga is the combination of both physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation which will greatly benefit me to stay active and healthy.
